Inmate Commissary

Inmates have the ability to purchase personal items during their incarceration that are not furnished by the CCNO.  Eligible inmates will be allowed to purchase candy, beverages, snacks, food items, general merchandise and hygiene items on a scheduled basis each week.

A unit-by-unit schedule is established specifying when inmates may order and receive commissary.  The order forms are available in each unit with the exception of maximum security where they are requested through their Case Manager.  Sufficient funds must be in an inmate's account to cover their purchase when the order slip is submitted.

An inmate can spend $60 in the commissary each week. If the offender is a worker in the facility they can spend $65 per week in the commissary.  Inmates may purchase two pre-paid calling cards weekly through the commissary.  This is in addition to their weekly commissary order limit.

Effective March 1, 2010, CCNO will no longer accept funds for an offender through the mail or at the reception desk.  CCNO, in partnership with JPay, is pleased to offer the convenience of placing funds on an inmate's commissary account via the Internet or by telephone.  A credit card or debit card can be used for this service.  Please follow this link to utilize this service http://www.jpay.com/LandingPage.aspx?AgencyID=125.  Funds can also be placed on an offender's account by calling (800) 574-5729 or by visiting a MoneyGram store.  For a complete list of MoneyGram stores in your area, visit MoneyGram's website and click on "Find Us" to search for a location nearest you.  A kiosk will be placed in the CCNO lobby for cash payments for the convenience of visitors.  JPay also has a free mobile app that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

CCNO, in partnership with ARAMARK, CCNO's commissary vendor, is pleased to offer the "iCare program."  The iCare program allows a family member or friend to purchase a gift package to send to an incarcerated inmate.  The purchase is made via credit card.  Please follow this link for more information on ARAMARK's iCare program www.ccno.icaredirect.com
