Public Records Requests

It is the policy of the CCNO to promptly prepare and maintain all offender records as required under Ohio Revised Code, Section 149.43. A public record is described as any document, device or item that is created or kept by public office which serves to document the functions of that public office.

Members of the public, professionals, and organizations requesting basic information about the CCNO may be given brochures describing the general operations, background information, and philosophy of the facility.

  5. Records, the release of which is prohibited by state or federal law.
